Oatmeal Pecan-Plum Cookies

Original Formula:

Procedure: Combine oatmeal, cranberries and pecans. Combine other dry ingredients. Cream butter, brown sugar, vanilla and eggs until well combined. Add combined dry ingredients to creamed-butter mixture. Portion with #12 scoop onto baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 17 minutes.

Procedure: Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and plum fiber. Mix brown sugar, butter, vanilla and plum concentrate. Add eggs and combine. Separately combine oats, plum pieces and pecans. Incorporate flour mixture and oat mixture into butter and plum concentrate mixture and combine. Portion with #12 scoop onto baking sheet. Bake at 335°F for 18 minutes.
