Procedure: Melt the butter, chocolate chips and unsweetened chocolate in double boiler; cool to room temperature. Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla in mixer. Add cooled butter and chocolate, mixing until incorporated. Combine flour and baking powder; add to mixer, mixing until incorporated. Deposit one-half of the batter into pan, then deposit one-third of the walnut pieces. Deposit remaining batter, then top with remaining walnut pieces. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
