Beef burgers aren’t the only ones making headlines. Shane Maack, senior executive chef, Gilroy Foods & Flavors, has seen burgers made from fish, seafood, chicken, turkey and even duck, in addition to vegetarian patties. I am current developing a line of frozen vegetable patties at my company for retail and food service establishments. I must say, by far, our Portobello Mushroom Burger is the most popular of the bunch!
