CINCINNATI—The University of Cincinnati has discontinued its Culinology® degree program. The future of the school’s Culinology program was put into jeopardy when it merged the College of Applied Science into the College of Engineering to create a platform to expand science and engineering programs.About 48 students are currently enrolled in the Culinology program, well below the university’s minimum of 250 for a program to remain valid.Current Culinology program students will be permitted to acquire their degree.
