Tramonto, Okura Star on RCA Panel at NRA

ATLANTA—The Research Chefs Association (RCA) has announced that it will host a panel discussion, “Value-Engineer Your Menu: Culinology® to the Rescue,” on Saturday, May 22, noon to 1:30 P.M., McCormick Place Room S403a, during the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago. The panelists—representing restaurants from QSR through fine dining—will include Rick Tramonto (Tru), Robert Okura (The Cheesecake Factory), Cammie Spillyards (Chili’s), Amy Alarcon (Popeye’s) and Melissa Haupt (Applebee’s). The panel will be moderated by Harry Crane, executive chef, Kraft.

RCA will also have a booth at the show, #951 in the South Hall of McCormick Place.
